Zorua's Den is run by one person. There is no support desk behind it and no rota — a reply usually takes a day or two, and longer if something has gone wrong enough to be worth fixing before answering.

By email

support@zorua.cc reaches the person who runs the site. Use it for anything about your account or your data, and for anything you would rather not put in a public channel.

Mail the site sends — sign-in links, invites, anything automatic — comes from info@zorua.cc. Replies land in the same mailbox, so either address works.

In Discord

A direct message to the admin in the Zorua's Den server is faster for anything about the card game: a drop that misbehaved, a trade that did not settle, coins that went somewhere they should not have. The bot and the person who can fix it are both already there.

Your data

Asking for your account and everything attached to it to be deleted is a request this site answers, and you do not have to still be a member to make it — that is the reason the address above exists. What goes, and the two things that do not, are set out in the privacy notice.

What this is not

Not a business, not a shop, and not somewhere to send anything with money in it. Nothing on zorua.cc is financial, betting or legal advice, and the coins and cards in the card game have no value outside it.
