Terms of Use

Zorua's Den is a private, invite-only board run by one person as a personal project. There is no company behind it, nobody is paid to keep it running, and it is not a product. Using it means accepting what follows. If you do not, stop using it; there is nothing else you need to do.

Who may use it

You need an invite. Accounts are created by redeeming a code, or by signing in with a Discord account that is already attached to one. Signing in with Discord does not create an account on its own, and an attempt to do so is refused and the leftover record deleted.

You must be 18 or older. The site carries sweepstakes promotions, prediction and sports market pricing, and cryptocurrency material, none of which is meant for anyone younger.

Your account is yours alone. Do not share the credentials, and do not pass your invite codes to people the person who invited you would not have invited. An invite-only board stops being private one careless forward at a time.

What you may not do

• Scrape, republish, or resell what is on the site. Much of it is collected under other people’s terms and is here for the people who were invited.
• Try to reach data belonging to other members, or to get around the row-level permissions that separate you from them.
• Automate the site, hammer it, or point anything at it that is not a browser being used by you.
• Use it to break the law where you are, including the gambling and sweepstakes laws of your own state.

The card game

The Discord card game deals in coins, packs and cards that exist only in this site’s database. To be unambiguous about it:

• They have no cash value, cannot be bought with money, cannot be sold for money, and cannot be exchanged for anything outside the game.
• You do not own them. They are entries in a table, licensed to you for as long as the game runs, and they can be changed, reset or removed.
• The auction house, the shop and the balances move only that in-game currency. No real money passes through any of it.
• Card artwork and names belong to their respective rights holders and are shown for identification. This game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, or Discord.

If the game is wiped, rebalanced or switched off, nothing is owed to anybody. That is not a threat; it is what a hobby project running on a free tier actually is.

Your content

Your display name, picture, notes and the addresses you add stay yours. You give permission only for what the site has to do with them to work: store them, show them back to you, and show your name and picture to other members on the same board.

Do not upload a picture you have no right to use, and do not upload anything that would be a problem for other members to see.

Other people’s sites

Most of what this site does is point at somewhere else: retailers, sweepstakes operators, delivery apps, exchanges, prediction markets. Those are not ours and their terms are theirs. Prices, promotions, availability and eligibility are theirs to change without telling us, and frequently do.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Nothing here is promised to be accurate, current, complete or available. Stock states go stale, prices are wrong, models are wrong, scans fail, the worker stops. Check anything before you act on it.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss arising out of your use of it, including money lost on a purchase, a bet, a sweepstakes entry or a cryptocurrency position, and including anything lost because the site was wrong, late, or down. You use the information here at your own risk and on your own judgement.

Ending it

Your account can be removed at any time, with or without a reason, and you can ask for it to be removed at any time. Removing an account removes the profile and the personal records described in the privacy document.

Changes

These terms change when the site does. The date at the top is when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change is how you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
